Online Orders

+ - How long does it take for my order to ship?

Estimated Delivery dates are displayed next to each product.  Bridal Designer expected shipping dates vary from 60 days or more.  Rush order are available.  This varies from designer to designer so please contact us so that we can provide you with a specific date. In stock orders will take approximately 2 business days to ship. Custom orders or out-of-stock pieces will take up to 4 weeks from the time the order is placed.

+ - What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Lorraine Tyne. If you are not satisfied with your order we can help.  All standard orders are refundable and returnable.  Please review our return policy page for details.

+ - How much is shipping?

Shipping within the U.S. is free.
Shipping rates to other international destinations vary from country to country.

+ - Can I cancel my order?

Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to cancel an order once it is submitted.

+ - Can I make an appointment to view the Bridal Jewel Collection?

You can browse the Collection at our showroom. Please call us at 1-845-418-5LTS to schedule an appointment or book online.

+ - What materials are used to create the Bridal Jewel collection?

The collection is created with the highest quality cubic zirconia, Austrian crystals, Swarovski crystals, freshwater and man made pearls. Each jewelry piece is rhodium plated or plated with .925 silver. Custom pieces are plated with 18k gold or platinum.

+ - How do I clean my custom jewelry piece?

In order, to maintain the beauty of your jewelry piece keep them in their original packaging. Please do not spray perfume or hairspray on your piece.

Boutique Orders

+ - How much do your bridal gowns cost?

Our gowns range from $1,500 – $6,200.

+ - Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Our boutique is by appointment only so that we can provide brides the best possible wedding dress shopping experience.

+ - What should I bring?

Please come prepared wearing undergarments and shoes or heels that are reflective of those that you will wear on your wedding day.  Please avoid wearing heavy make up and spray tans before an appointment to assist in keeping our gowns clean.

+ - Do you offer any discounts on dresses?

Discounts are only extended during sample sales, trunk shows, and other special promotions.

+ - Do you have dresses to purchase off the rack?

Most of our wedding gowns are custom ordered and require a 4-6 month lead time. However, we always keep in stock a select number of sample dresses that are available at a discount. Samples are a great last minute option and can be a great deal.

+ - How does the order process work?

All of the dresses in our shop are samples. Once you have selected a dress, we carefully take your measurements and compare them to the designer’s sizing chart. Typically, we take up to 8 measurements to ensure a perfect fit. We will then order your dream dress and have it shipped to our shop.

+ - How long does it take to get my dress?

Begin your wedding dress shopping early. Our gowns generally take from 4-6 months to arrive. You should begin shopping for your dress about 6-8 months in advance of the wedding to allow enough time for alterations once the wedding gown arrives. We also offer rush orders for an additional fee when required.

+ - How do I pay for my dress?

We accept cash and credit cards only. If you chose to purchase with our made to measure option(made to your exact measurements) payment is required in full.  For standard size orders, we require a 60% non-refundable deposit upon the signing of your bridal contract, with the remaining 40% due upon the pickup of your dress. Additional fees, shipping fees, and taxes will be applied at the final checkout process if applicable. Sample gowns and all accessories must be paid for in full before the product leaves the store.

+ - Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

All gown sales, special orders, and discounted items are final. We do not accept returns and/or refunds for any reason; this includes the 60% deposit if a bride decides not to pursue the dress, wedding, and/or dissolve the contract.

+ - How often do you get new wedding dresses?

We order new gowns throughout the year to ensure that we have the most current collection of couture wedding dresses in the Hudson Valley and Westchester area.
